Our firm searches the web to look for undocumented cases of herpes. While herpes isn't curable, with education and prevention, infected people can reduce the transmission of the sexually transmitted disease to their partners. Magistrate Biddle (Douglas County) found nothing wrong with the judgement of the state trooper who was afraid that a road could become icy when the temperature had fallen to 34 degrees.
This foolish citizen did not know that she needed to bring an expert witness to testify that ice cannot form above 32.

ohmygod, didn't you hear? Grafton Biddle and a prosecutor faced disciplinary hearings after admitting to having sex in the judge's chambers and being together in shower facilities at the Douglas County courthouse.
Biddle resigned his position after rumors began circulating that he was having a romantic relationship with Laurie A. Steinman, 29, who was fired on Dec. 22 after she admitted having the affair.
A complaint filed Friday with the Attorney Regulation Council says their affair began during the spring of last year. Both admit to having sex in the judge's chambers and "on a number of occasions Judge Biddle would 'sneak' into the women's shower facilities in the courthouse early in the morning to shower with Ms. Steinman. They kissed and fondled in the shower," the affidavit said.
So why didn't the author this website pick up on that? Weird.
